Camping Therapy

My brain is fried
My neckline damp
Too hot outside
I long to camp

Lovely breeze
Cooler air
Want to freeze?
Come meet me there

We'll sit around the fire
Late at night
The stars to admire
Not a TV in sight

Whispering secrets
Sharing the calm
Perhaps some regrets
This time is a balm

A simpler world
The clocks put away
My tension unfurled
I just want to stay

My favorite part of camping is sitting around the campfire. Nice.

That conjures for me what is wonderful about a camping vacation. I hope you can get one soon.

I have never been camping but your words conjure up such wonderful images I might just have to give it a try assuming I can do so somewhere guaranteed not to have scorpions arriving for the party :-)
