Z ~ ZZZZs...Time to Catch Some #atozchallenge

All Aboard! "It's Very Swedish..." a train on a cultural journey through Sweden, exploring the differences big and small between American and Swedish culture.

***
Ok, so it's not very original, but it's for a good reasons:

* I realized that this series didn't have as many personal pictures as my previous two did.

*I had promised family photos...

*I am dead tired.  I mean, really, really tired.

* I'm going to show you just exactly how tired through the legacy of Momarazzi's pictures.

Granted, most of these are DataBoy, but really, it's the toddlers who get to fall asleep wherever they want, not we adults who are trying to write our 26th post in 30 days...

I'm so tired that:

I wouldn't need The Swede to wait until I fell asleep...

or my big, bossy sister...

I could sleep through Lucia celebrations...

I certainly wouldn't have to cry myself to sleep having a tantrum trying to escape my crib...

In fact, I'm so tired I could fall asleep in my high chair. Totally strapped in...

Then someone would bring me pillows, and I'd be so comfy...

I might as well be asleep in my own bed.

~Tina

P.S It's been a wonderful month, no matter how tiring. I've enjoyed sharing my heritage and thoughts with you, and enjoyed reading your posts, and meeting you.  On May 5th the linky opens for your Reflections Posts. Then on May 6, the linky opens for the 4th Annual Post Challenge Road Trip. Both of these are optional events for those of you not quite ready to let go of April's Awesomeness. Visit the A-Z Challenge Blog for all the details in the coming days.

Precious photos I'm so happy we have: by Momarazzi!  She took a lot of bathtub photos, too.  Sleeping and bathtubs were two favorites.  The Swede marked some of the bathtub pictures in the album with "don't publish".  No problem, Dad.  I do know where to draw the line...most of the time.

Hi Tina - congratulations on holding it all together for the A-Z once again and helping us through ..

Love the photos .. and how funny your Dad - suggesting you should censor one or two .. fun Dad moment!

It's always tiring .. but it's always fun and that's the main thing - we all meet such wonderful people who become friends ...

Cheers - Happy zizzing time tomorrow and for a few days .. Hilary

There are not many words in the Swedish dictionary starting with Z, just Zebra and a few other international words, I guess >:)

Anyone who can make it through this challenge alive deserves a good beer and a good nap, order of your choosing. Those pictures are awesome. I'm actually surprised I don't have more pictures of myself sleeping. You see, my adult superpower is that like a child I still can fall asleep anywhere and everywhere at any time. The floor, the computer chair, the dinner table... the world is my bed.

Can I have a glass of wine instead of the beer please.

I am so glad you held it together despite your health problems Tina and admire all the work you did to help us all. Congratulations on making it through, no go sleep for a week.

Lovely pix of sleepyheads. I don't have more than 3 pix of myself as a kid, they got lost along the way.

Thanks again, Tina. Now rest, if you can. I enjoyed your posts about Sweden. And learning about your family.

Well, you stole the title I'm going to use! I completely understand though. Sleep sounds nice. But, I have to write my post and work tonight, so sleep will be later.

I have been reading your posts, but commenting is a pain when I'm trying to read so many posts on my phone, so I'm sorry!

Thank you Tina for the wonderful comments on my blog! I am truly humbled to be added to your sidebar. Love your Zzzzzz post...yes, very different than mine :) Love the pics of your little ones...the one where your son is hanging out of the crib sleeping is hysterical!
Question on the A to Z...what's the Post Challenge Road Trip? This is my first A to Z, so I'm still kinda virginal with all this **bats eyelashes**

Yay for reflections AND the road trip! Get your sleeping done now, cause that's all coming up soon! Ha ha ha. :)

I fell asleep in a restaurant once, when I was seven. My head almost landed in my soup. It had been a long day, the restaurant was very warm, and they were playing some seriously soothing slow music.

Stopping by from the #atozchallenge !

How absolutely appropriate for the Z wrap-up post! The pictures and captions are perfect. I've loved reading your posts and wish I'd found you sooner in the Challenge. Now that it's over, I'll have the leisure (I hope!) to go back and read them all. Congrats on finishing!

Hey lovely Tina,

All those adorable photos make me want to do something weird like actually get some sleep.

I'm glad that driving yourself to exhaustion was worthwhile as you interacted with all those other alphabet fanatics. Seriously, that's positive and I know it's helped your well being. A sense of camaraderie is a powerful tonic.

And now you torment with those Reflections posts. There goes the month of May.

Well done and have some rest, dear lady.

In kindness and goodwill,

Gary, the cordial co-host of the Alphabark Challenge, 2014! :)

Congratulations! I can't believe I'm just now finding your blog...it's the end of the school year & I'm dead tired! :)
My MIL is Scandinavian (Danish), so I'm going to have to come back and read all of your posts! It may not be until school is out (2 more weeks!), but I'll be back! :)
