It was good to hear that you and your friends were able to get together.

When we left Alabama to a new military assignment to Hawaii, our oldest had just been deemed able to travel, since she was no longer contagious...but she had a big chicken pox scab that she couldnt resist picking on her forehead ...she still has a little scar where that was picked.

And my hubby came down with the chicken pox when I was pregnant with our oldest! His mom had constantly put him and his siblings with the cousins and neighbor kids whenever there were chicken pox, but he never got it! So he was 22 when he finally did get it, it was pretty severe!

Thank you so much for stopping by and for your sweet comment. My hubby and I had a wonderful time up at my dad's (the 26 hour drive to my dad's from our home in Georgia to his home in Wisconsin was well worth it :o) Thank goodness though for the midway stop to sleep and visit with our kids who are all at college in Kentucky :o)

It was straight back to work for me, so haven't had a minute to catch up really on blogging, but I want to try to reply to the wonderful comments left on my N post.

Blessings & Aloha!Personalized Sketches and Sentimentshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10540064662050920859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8914384080646206545.post-34854981653177316482010-05-05T14:59:39.488-06:002010-05-05T14:59:39.488-06:00oh, i had those and this brought back some wicked ...oh, i had those and this brought back some wicked memories...yikes. i think i am itching now...Brian Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00722940075884718007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8914384080646206545.post-15048502875121719542010-05-05T13:50:45.399-06:002010-05-05T13:50:45.399-06:00When I was living in Dublin my sister came to visi...When I was living in Dublin my sister came to visit us with her three children and two days later she came down with chickenpox.
