Took a long time to diagnose, but I had whooping cough, which I'm about 2/3 through, and then I got a secondary lung infection on top of that. I was on complete bed rest for 2 weeks, then modified bedrest, and since then about all I've been able to manage energy wise is to sit on the couch...and write. I wrote a post called Bed Rest, and then references have been sprinkled in every once in a while. Don't remember one in the eggs though...Thanks for asking. Church friends have been bringing us meal, etc. We're doing ok.Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08925730745204736744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8914384080646206545.post-75095067597791537942010-04-18T10:07:17.524-06:002010-04-18T10:07:17.524-06:00Wish my eldest could be more like YellowBoy... she...Wish my eldest could be more like YellowBoy... she is more like NATO - no action, talk only - she once allowed a bag of cocoa powder sit in the fridge for 2 years! When I was growing up, this was called "Egg in the Hole" and it was a staple. You can teach them at the same time about physics, chemistry, food hygiene, mathematics and all sorts of things while doing something fun. They were my favorite as a kid, but my family is not as crazy about them... probably because they don't have the superior taste buds required for runny eggs (over easy, if you please):-) <br />They are difficult to make... getting the bread hole just the right size, not breaking the yoke on the flip, oil temp just right. All this food typing is making my hungry. Maybe be a need to go cook up a rolly holey egg!Cee Hunterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06248943243044820820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8914384080646206545.post-76391916640327037262010-04-17T12:20:47.292-06:002010-04-17T12:20:47.292-06:00That is adorable..wow he may become a famous chef ...That is adorable..wow he may become a famous chef soon..maybe the youngest..what a great enthusiasm...I love the baskety eggs..they still tasted great I bet..!Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09026109701609348319noreply@blogger.com
